• If you asked my patients the difference between seeing a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and an MD, they will say it begins with the amount of face-to-face time I spend with each of them. I ask questions and listen, knowing that my patients will take me most of the way toward a diagnosis when they feel comfortable and have the time to share. They will tell you that I explain treatment options in ways they can understand, and they walk away knowledgeable about their health and how they can actively participate in their own wellness.

My approach as an ND is to focus on preventative, holistic treatments with minimal risks to you. To do so, I look at your overall lifestyle and create treatments that favor natural and low-force interventions. My goal is to help you attain optimal health through dietary and lifestyle changes by managing, reducing the risk of, and potentially reversing chronic illnesses through nutritional protocols, exercise, and stress management.

As a Podiatrist, I’m trained in conventional methods and work to blend that knowledge and experience with a more natural, less invasive approach. I can prescribe medications such as statins, antibiotics, and hormones, and if controlled substances are necessary, I collaborate with a network of MDs. But my main goal is to find you alternatives to drugs and surgery whenever possible.

Along with assisting you to develop the optimal, healthy lifestyle, here are some of the specialized areas I focus on:

    • Personalized Nutrition Assessments/Plans
    • Reflexology and Muscle Manipulation
    • Reiki Healing
    • Dermaplaning for dry, flaky aged skin
    • Botox for Hyperhidrosis

    Injection Therapy and Nutrient IV’s

Injection therapy effectively treats a variety of conditions. It involves the injection of homeopathic remedies that stimulate natural healing, into specific areas of the body… as opposed to conventional prescriptions that are suppress symptoms without addressing the root cause of your problem.

For instance, the conventional method to help you with acute pain and inflammation is to prescribe cortisone shots, which may have a lot of side affects and can only be taken a limited amount of times in a year. Instead, you can receive the same relief with Traumeel Injections which are completely derived from minerals found in nature and have little to no side effects.

    • IV Nutrient Infusions
    • Energy shots
    • High-dose vitamin C
    • Vitamin D3 shots
    • B-complex shots
